Hof Narr Farm Service Day Recap

On Saturday, 20 participants joined Zharity Earth for a morning of volunteering at Hof Narr Farm. We rolled up our sleeves and got to work shoveling mulch, refilling stables, gathering rocks, and giving the animals lots of love and attention.

With great passion, George, one of Hof Narr’s co-founders, led us on a tour of this special organic farm and animal sanctuary. He taught us about the concept of “transFARMation,” the transformation of a farm that used to exploit animals into one that nurtures people, animals, and communities.

Our morning concluded with a delicious vegan lunch with delectable cakes and coffee, and best of all, great conversations with new friends.

 Zharity is proud to donate 750CHF (through the participant contributions and additional funds - this does include a portion for the farm-cooked vegan lunch) to support the farm’s important work and mission. The day was such a success, we are planning another one in spring 2023. We hope you will join us then!
