A Special Thank You

We’d like to take a moment to put a spotlight on B, a student from Inter-Community School Zürich. As part of her PYP exhibition, B chose to focus on the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG1: No Poverty. 

B decided that for her exhibition project, she wanted to help address poverty in her community. After a recent toy and clothing swap at ICS, B collected the leftover items, carefully sorted them by age group and colour, and delivered them to us at Zharity. In the coming weeks, the clothing and toys will go out to our community partners in order to serve people and families in need. 

We want to offer a heartfelt thank you to B for supporting us with this project, which has bolstered our spring clothing collection numbers, allowing us to serve more people. What a great example of the impact one person can make. Way to go, B!
