2024 Zharity's Raffle Recap
We are pleased to announce that the 2024 Zharity Raffle has ended and we have successfully raised over CHF 7500, selling a staggering 250 tickets. This is a record for us. Last year we sold 150 tickets and the largest amount ever raised was CHF 5000. We are grateful to all that participated. The winners were notified.
Throughout the year, we work hard to improve the lives of those in need by providing them with resources that allow them to actively participate in their communities. Your generous donation made this raffle a success and the funds raised will benefit those individuals through our efforts in Switzerland.
A portion of these funds have already been allocated to support our unit space for 2025 to ensure we are able to provide these needed services next year. The remainder will be used to continue to support the needs of our local community. Our first project will be to use some of the funds to provide summer fun kits for 250 local children whose families could not otherwise afford these items. The kits will include not only hygiene and fun items, but some needed for school like a drawstring bag and pencils. In addition, we will use a portion to support the reusable pad project that we have been working on for about a year.
We thank you for helping us alleviate some of the burdens carried by many and offering them a brighter tomorrow. We hope we can count on your support in the future and we can do good together again. Please make sure to follow our activities and join us when you can.
