A little background:
How did you get involved with Zharity?
When moving to Switzerland in 2019, I looked to integrate myself into the local community. While I got involved with a couple of groups, it was only when I discovered Zharity that I felt an instant connection. Joining Zharity provided me with the perfect avenue to contribute meaningfully to the community. Drawing from my past professional experiences, I found ways to use my skills and passions with the group's mission. Zharity became more than just a volunteer opportunity; it became a conduit for me to make a positive impact and forge lasting connections within my new Swiss community.
What projects are you currently working on?
My active participation within the organisation extends to virtually all of its activities, where I take on roles as both a project lead or a participant. My commitment revolves around channeling my efforts into two key areas: Corporate Engagement and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the organisation. I guide initiatives with a hands-on approach to help drive successful outcomes. Working on the development of the Corporate Engagement allows me to foster partnerships and collaborations that not only benefit the organisation but also contribute to its broader impact on the community. I strive to implement strategies that ensure its continued positive influence and meaningful contributions in the long run.
What additional information would you like to share?
I am grateful for the opportunity to volunteer with Zharity. I am excited to continue contributing to positive initiatives within the community. The chance to make a meaningful impact through service is a source of immense appreciation, and I look forward to furthering the collective efforts of Zharity in doing good for those we serve.
