Here are some of the highlights of our past month:

  • Joining a company and their volunteers make personal hygiene kits in their office

  • Little notes of encouragement sprinkled throughout the different donations for the refugees

  • Doing a call out for suitcases and 3 days later fulfilling the need

  • In 5 days getting 104 boxes packed and items collected to head off to Ukraine

  • Having families make kits together

  • Having schools, companies and religious groups join the effort

  • One person drove from Basel with a car load

  • Individuals donating one to 150 kits

  • One of our volunteers dropped off outdoor toys to a bunker housing families and one of the children grabbing the volunteers hand to play with the toys together

  • Being able to drop off food and purchase very specific needs for individual refugees, knowing it will make a difference

  • Community members of all ages joining in this effort

We want to thank everyone for their continued support, efforts and time. Together we make a difference.
