Last year, during our GISHWHES participation, we had the chance to visit the animal shelter Zürcher Tierschutz in Zurich and got an insight of their work. We were really impressed by their work, love and passion they put in this shelter. They also try to teach the proper way to keep animals and they support animal protection projects.

The existence of this shelter is only assured by donations. Therefore we want to support them with donations in kind.
We are looking for:

• Toys for cats, dogs, rodents (they must be intact, no used or chewed up toys)
• Food for cats, dogs and rodents (It has to be sealed, open food packages cannot be used by them); they are looking especially for wet food for cats
• Beds for cats, dogs (if used, they must be clean, intact and odorless)
• Pillows and blankets (they must be clean and intact)
• Cloths/towels (they must be clean and intact)

If you wan't to donate a voucher for pet food (e.g. from Fressnapf) please contact us directly at mirjam@zharity.ch. 

The collection takes place from Monday 12th until Friday 16th of February 2018 in the Google office at Brandschenkenstrasse 110. There will be a box marked Zharity. Please contact us if you do not have access to the collection point.
